BERKS COUNTY put in a scintillating performance to earn an emphatic pre-season victory over WOKINGHAM & EMMBROOK.

Berks, who will be playing in the Combined Counties Division One next season, showed their strength over the Sumas who will play in the Combined Counties Premier Division from the 2021/22 campaign with a 6-0 triumph.

The Sumas recovered from their heavy defeat against the Swords as they beat EVERSLEY & CALIFORNIA on Tuesday evening.

The Boars produced a positive second-half display but couldn’t break past a resilient Sumas’ defence who held on for the win.

WOODLEY UNITED LADIES got some minutes under their belt in a pre-season friendly against Carterton Town Ladies.
