Tickets are on sale for the annual Wokingham fireworks display that is set to take place at Cantley Park on Saturday, November 4.
The fun fair will open at 5.30pm. This year it promises to be bigger than ever with many rides for young children, alongside rides for the older ones.
The torchlight procession will leave Market Place in the town centre at 6pm. It will be led by St Sebastian’s band and various local dignitaries.
The fireworks display will start at 7:30pm on Cantley Field, and the display will be bigger and better than ever.
Chair of the Wokingham Fireworks Charity, David Gold, said “Despite inflation, the tickets remain very reasonably priced, with ones for children aged seven and under just £1.
“Thanks to the people of Wokingham’s support for this community event, all the money raised is donated to local charities and deserving causes.”
Charities supported this year include First Days Children’s Charity, Wokingham In Need, Daisy’s Dream, Sue Ryder and Life Education Wessex & Thames Valley.
