A GROUP for people experiencing mental health problems meets regularly for a stroll in California Country Park.
Wellbeing Walk for Mental Wellbeing says its rambles are fun and relaxed.
Walks last up to one hour depending on the group, and people are asked to bring a bottle of water and a raincoat.
Participants receive a free hot drink afterwards.
Sponsored by Wates Residential, the sessions are provided free by Sport In Mind.
Walks begin outside Finchampstead Baptist Church every Tuesday, at 2pm.
