Some of Berkshire’s most stylish businesses have helped to dress new showhomes at Cala Homes’ Finchwood Park development in Finchampstead.
As part of a first-of-its-kind campaign, the homebuilder partnered with independent, local retailers to source items to accessorise its two showhomes, and to help give a platform to businesses in the area.
The initiative added a personal touch of Berkshire style to the property, and tagged where items were sourced.
Each item in the showhomes was carefully selected for their commitment to the community and sustainability credentials whilst also remaining local to Finchampstead.
Working with local interior designer LM Designs in Crowthorne, the Cala at Finchwood Park development picked unique and local designs to fill the showhomes.
These included a candle and diffuser from Peace + Fire, three jars of local honey from Dower House Honey, healthy dog treats from 2 Left Paws, ethically-sourced ‘Woodland Natural’ eau de parfum from Scents of Nature and Nine Mile Ride gin from Goswell & Birds.
Local art was exhibited by R Young Art Gallery that is heavily involved in the community.
The development of 157 homes in 140 acres of green space is close to Finchampstead Ridges.
