A Hurst–based start-up business has been named a finalist in the South east of England finals of the UK StartUp Awards 2025.
Infinity Property and Lifestyle Management was founded by Katie Morgan and Emma Willoughby in 2024, and provides bespoke property and lifestyle management services for busy professionals, families, and individuals with multiple home or lifestyle demands.
The duo behind Infinity is a powerful female partnership, united not only by their shared ambition but also by their unique journey.
Despite a 20-year age gap, Katie and Emma forged a close bond while working together in a challenging and high-pressure environment. That experience became the foundation for their vision: to create a business rooted in trust, empathy, and excellence.
Infinity reflects their belief in doing things differently — with heart, professionalism, and a deep understanding of their clients’ needs.
Katie expressed her excitement about the nomination:
She said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be recognised as a finalist in the UK StartUp Awards.
“Infinity was born out of a passion for delivering exceptional, tailored property and lifestyle management services, helping our clients to live and work seamlessly.
“Being shortlisted for this award is an incredible validation of our hard work and dedication, and we are excited for what the future holds.”
Emma added: “This recognition means the world to us.
“We’ve poured our hearts into building a brand that genuinely cares about people’s homes and lives.
“Infinity is more than just a service — it’s a trusted partnership with our clients, and being sortlisted for this award is a true reflection of that mission.”
The UK StartUp Awards was launched to celebrate the dynamic start-up ecosystem across the UK, which has seen remarkable growth over the past few years, with 846,000 new businesses established in 2024 alone.
This year, more than 750 businesses have been shortlisted for the awards. These start-ups, all founded within the past three years, have collectively contributed over 4,600 new jobs and generated annual revenues of £200 million.
Professor Dylan Jones-Evans OBE, founder of the UK StartUp Awards, said: “New businesses are the backbone of a thriving economy, driving employment, innovation, and prosperity across the UK.
“This year’s finalists showcase the best of entrepreneurial spirit, transforming ideas into impactful businesses.
“The regional winners will go on to represent their area at the 2025 UK National StartUp Awards final later this year.”
The awards, now in its fourth year, was created in partnership with the team behind the Great British Entrepreneur Awards, one of the most prestigious business recognition programmes in the UK.
