VISITORS to a group for people aged 50 or over will have the chance to inspect a gadget at its August meeting.
The WISE Over-50s Forum will welcome a member of the MakeActive group who will explain how they design and make gadgets to help the lives of older people in the community.
The event also includes a raffle, for which tickets cost 50p each or five for £2.
It will be held on Tuesday, August 8, from 2pm to 4pm, at Coronation Hall in Headley Road.
Entry is £3.
