MAX LASCHOK bagged a brace to fire Woodley into the second round of the Bluefin Sports Supplementary Cup.
Laschok has been in fine form in recent weeks and took his season’s goals tally to six with his match-winning brace over Division One West outfit Pewsey Vale at the Rivermoor.

Pewsey arrived on a good run of four wins from five and they started the better of the two sides with goalkeeper Tom Bryant twice called into action.

But Woodley opened the scoring midway through the half when Laschok held off his man before slotting past Sam Tuttle.
Leon Mannion went close to doubling the tally soon after with Tuttle making the save and the forward wasted a big opportunity just before the break, blazing a penalty over the crossbar after Pablo Fernandez had been fouled in the box.
The Kestrels did go 2-0 up on the hour mark as Fernandez picked out Mannion, who crossed for Laschok to head in.
Substitute Toby Briggs struck a post late on as Woodley sought a third goal before closing out the game to continue their good run.
United go to Division One East leaders Burnham in the league on Saturday before a midweek trip to Farnham Town in the Aldershot Senior Cup.
