A CELEBRATION of Bracknell’s retail complex The Lexicon saw staff, shops and restaurants all receive prizes.
Hosted by former Love Island contestant, Chris Hughes, the shopping centre’s awards ceremony was attended by more than 250 people.
The awards celebrate teams and individuals working within the town centre that have delivered outstanding levels of customer service.
More than 2,500 votes were received from shoppers, in categories celebrating their favourite store, coffee shop, restaurant or individual.
Rob Morris, general manager at The Lexicon , said: “Due to the impact of Covid, we haven’t held these awards for the past two years and so were delighted to formally acknowledge those people and teams that the public had recognised as providing excellent customer service.
“Twenty per cent of the awards this year were won by independent businesses, which was great to see.
“A huge thank you to everyone that voted and attended the awards ceremony.”
