Roadworks will be carried out among stretches of the M4 next week, with lane closures in force between Junctions 7 to 12.
The works will include surveys, drainage maintenance and street lighting works and vary in duration.
Between junctions 7 (Slough) and 8/9 (Maindhead) there will be overnight closures from Monday, November 23, for four nights. Two outside lanes will be closed to traffic from 9pm and 6am on both the east and westbound carriageways (both directions) to enable structual surveys to take place.
Then, from Junctions 8/9 to 10 (Wokingham), there will be drainage maintenance from Tuesday, November 24. This is planned to take three nights and Lane 1 in both directions will be closed from 9pm to 6am each evening.
And finally, at Junction 12, there are lane closures in place between 9pm and 6am.
Work to improve journeys by carrying out structural surveys and maintaining the street lighting continues. Various lane closures will be in place on both the east and westbound carriageways and on all slip roads at junction 12 overnight, between 9pm and 6am, until Tuesday 1 December (Monday to Friday only).
