A man from Wokingham has been charged in connection with an alleged shoplifting incident last week.
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson told Wokingham Today: “Following our investigation, a man was charged in connection with a shoplifting incident in Wokingham.
“Charlie Pearce, aged 25, of Toutley Road, Wokingham, was charged with one count of shoplifting.
“This relates to a shoplifting incident at Co-op Food in London Road, Wokingham, at around 8.20pm on Tuesday, November 7.
“He has been remanded in custody and was due to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court at a later date..”
