Thames Valley Police has carried out five warrants at addresses across West Berkshire, Wokingham and Hampshire policing area under Section 8 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act.
Four arrests were made this morning (Tuesday) for a variety of offences concerning conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to commit theft.
All suspects remain in police custody at this time.
A 21-year-old man from Wokingham was arrested for conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to commit theft.
Senior investigating officer, detective inspector Francesca Jarvis, said “There is a lot of work going on behind the scenes to help tackle organised criminality.
“I hope that these warrants demonstrate that we take reports of burglary seriously, and will take action to deal with criminality and organised crime in your larea.
“The information from the public around offences relating to burglary and theft in the Thames Valley plays an important role in developing intelligence into a proactive investigation.
