Police are on duty as a man stages a rooftop protest in Earley.
The man climbed on to the roof of the property in Church Road in the late hours of Tuesday, August 23.
He has remained there ever since, sitting at the very top of the detached house.
Thames Valley Police and an ambulance crew are on the scene and there is a call for people to avoid to area if possible, although Church Road remains open.
A spokesperson told The Wokingham Paper: “Police were called at 10.50pm last night for fears for the welfare of a man in Church Road. He is currently on the roof of the property.
“Our officers are on the scene along with an ambulance.
“We ask the public to avoid the area until the situation is resolved.”
