Wokingham town mayor Lou Timlin is lacing up her trainers for the Wokingham half marathon on February 22 in aid of her chosen charity, CLASP
Lou is the first to admit she’s not exactly a natural runner, but she’s been training hard, to raise much-needed funds for the members at CLASP>.
If you’d like to support her, head over to Lou’s JustGiving page.
If you spot Lou out on a training run or on race day itself, give her a wave and a bit of encouragement.
If you don’t know CLASP, it’s a fantastic local charity and self-advocacy group for people with learning disabilities in the Wokingham borough.
