THE MET Office has issued a Yellow warning with thunderstorms likely across the south of England from around 5pm on Sunday, October 23.
Heavy rain, wind, thunder, and lightning are due to sweep north, with increased likelihood of flooding and traffic disruption across the south, including Reading and Wokingham.
The Met Office has warned that sudden flooding could lead to difficult driving conditions and road closures, causing traffic disruption and possible delays.
It is also possible that homes and businesses could be subject to flooding, with a slight chance of power cuts.
Storms could reach from as far west as Exeter to Dover on the east coast, stretching as far north as Norwich.
Stormy weather may last until around 2am on Monday, October 24.
