A LAW firm with an office in Maidenhead has welcomed a new solicitor to its residential property team.
Gardner Leader’s team has been augmented with the arrival of Lauen Blackman as a partner.
She will work out of the firm’s Fracati Way offices, and specialise in all areas of property law including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build purchases, transfers of equity, Right to Buy, shared ownership, and non-statutory lease extensions.
Her husband, Tim Blackman, is a senior associate in Gardner Leader’s Real Estate team, and was recently named as a Rising Star in the 2024 Legal 500 rankings.
Before joining Gardner Leader, Lauren worked for a Bracknell solicitors for more than 10 years.
Ms Blackman said: “I’m delighted to have joined the Gardner Leader team at an exciting time.
“Having spent a decade at my last practice, I’m looking forward to bringing my experience in residential property to the team, and providing our clients, new and old, with the best legal advice and support.”
