Job Title: Night Support Worker
Hours of Work: 38.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 8pm to 8am, four shifts on; four shifts off
Salary – £25,644.62 – £27,506.48

We are looking for a Wellbeing Accommodation Night Support Worker who knows what it takes to support young people between the ages of 16 and 25 living in semi-independent accommodation. You will be a ‘Key Person’ in making sure the young people are safe, gain independent living skills and feel happy and supported in their living environment.
You will be very much part of a well-established, welcoming and enthusiastic team of Wellbeing Accommodation Support Workers. The successful candidate will be provided with full training but must be proactive, positive, approachable and non-judgemental with a good sense of humour and the ability to make safe and effective decisions under pressure.
