SHINFIELD Parish Council is looking to host an art exhibition and is asking residents to offer their thoughts on what they would like to see.
Hoping to hold a launch event in 2024 with a view to carrying it out on an annual basis, it would like to gauge interest in a potential showcase.
A spokesperson for the parish council said: “While we hope to make this an annual event, for the first exhibition we would like to make use of the School Green Centre during a school holiday period as we know these are periods where the building tends to be a lot quieter.”
Through an online survey, residents can indicate what media they would like to see make up the exhibition, whose work they would like to be displayed, how much they would be willing to pay to attend the event and when they would want it to take place.
