Wokingham Borough Council has approved plans for development at the home for former F1 team owner Sir Ron Dennis CBE.
Through his company, he had applied for permission to build four single-storey staff residential units and one single-storey outbuilding for staff communal and welfare space and storage.
The development will be alongside his Strowdes Mansion in Remenham.
Sir Ron was founder and chairman of the McLaren formula one team until 2017.
He was appointed a Knight Bachelor for services to industry and to charity earlier this year.
Officers from Wokingham Borough Council granted conditional approval for the plans on September 13.
