A poem about the yarn for peace and harmony in the entire world
The tempests in my head are back again,
They are forever trying to ruin
The garden that my soul nurtures
Thus sending strong winds to tear it down.
Though my soul is strongly fighting back
Through the old Oak in the middle of my Garden
With all the Daffodils and Roses and Wisteria
In all the seasons, restlessly, amazingly robust.
Since my soul’s Herculean desire not to bend,
To fight tremendously and stay tall,
Truthful to my Garden
Is forever persuading the storms to draw back.
And for decades the peace prevails
The new sun is shining bright
And the silky birds are rising their trills again
Their magic songs of friendship and harmony.

Resolution
2024 Rule Number One:
No resolutions shall be done!
Let’s get a glass of sparkling wine
And let’s all sing the ‘Auld Lang Syne’.
Cause life is more than just a plan
One has to taste the land of fun,
Enjoy it as it would be banned
As in Moulin Rouge’s French Cancan.
Leaving all one’s fears far behind
Taking the journeys of all kind,
Climbing the mountains one by one
And shouting loudly ‘I have won!’
