THERE is a police presence in Camborne Close, Lower Earley this evening.
A home in the small cul-de-sac off Rushey Way has been sealed off and officers are maintaining a watch outside.
The area taped off includes the garages, the front lawn and the house itself.
It is not yet known why police have been called to the site.
Earlier today, residents took to social media to report sightings of police. Some said that there had been 10 cars parked close to Asda, others said armed officers had been called and there were also multiple reports of a police helicopter circling the area.
