READING (8-6) face a tough task to arrest their three-game losing run when they travel to in-form Worthing (9-5) on Saturday evening.
Rockets have slipped off the pace in recent weeks and will be up against it again with Thunder winning seven of their last nine matches.
But they have lost on their previous two outings and the meetings between these two earlier this campaign have both ended in Reading victories.
“It has been good to have two weeks to prepare for our next game against Worthing,” said head coach Manuel Pena Garces.
“It has given us an opportunity to review a lot of the areas we have been working on and also give the players some time off ahead of the last stage of the season.

“We have been pleased with our progression over the last three games and with this two-week period of just training and preparing, we feel ready ahead of our trip on Saturday.”
He added: “Worthing has been on a tremendous run of late and have added some really good players to their roster.
“So we are expecting a tough game, especially with the crowds they have been getting at home games and the form they have shown there.
“However, I really believe in this group of players and providing we are clear with our outcomes and execute in the areas that are important I think we can come away with a win.”
Reading have no new injury concerns with Danny Carter back in the fold again while Joel Keeble left the club in January to focus on his studies.
“Joel has been an ambassador for the club over the last few years and we thank him for his contributions both on and off the floor,” said Pena Garces.
“He is a great character and after discussion about his future, the time has come for him to focus on the last part of his education.
“Joel will always be a Rocket and we look forward to seeing him at some games in the future.”
