A PROPERTY finance expert with almost 30 years’ experience is joining a specialist lender as its new corporate relationship director for London and the South East.

Andrew Fouli will be responsible for developing and enhancing relationships with high net worth individuals, corporate clients and advisers who work with Together, which currently lends more than £3.47 billion.

He has a career in banking spanning nearly 30 years and joins from Cynergy Bank – formerly the Bank of Cyprus UK – where he held a number of senior property finance and leadership positions.

Mr Fouli said: “It’s a really exciting prospect to be joining Together at an exciting time when the business is really going places.

“My aim is to continue to enhance the group’s position as a leader in the specialist finance industry. It has more than 40 years of successful trading and an enviable track record of providing finance to businesses and individuals.

“I’m really impressed with the common sense running throughout the Together Group and its clear ambition to re-shape what we think of as traditional financial services.”

Andrew, who has lived in London all his life, joined the then Bank of Cyprus in 1990, where he helped to expand its customer base beyond the UK’s Cypriot community.

In his most recent post before joining Together, he progressed to the dual role of head of credit delivery and head of recoveries.

He will report to Andrew Charnley, head of the corporate relationships team at Together. This provides finance for clients seeking to raise capital or acquire property or land, and typically, may seek to borrow £1 million or more.

Mr Charnley said: “We’re delighted to welcome Andrew at a time when we’re realising our future growth plans.

“He has a wealth of experience in managing corporate relationships across the UK, and is well-known as a dedicated and commercially astute property finance and business development specialist.”
