Rain didn’t damped the spirits of attendees at last Saturday’s Party in the Park event at Elms Field in Wokingham
A spokesperson for organisers Wokingham town council told Wokingham Today: “It was a shame that we weren’t blessed with the sun as in previous years, but the show went on and the bands were awesome.
“It was fantastic to see all ages there enjoying themselves, from toddlers to older residents.
“We danced, we sang and partied together, and that’s what Party in the Park is about.
“As always, we thank our partner for Party in the Park, YES events, and the many businesses both on and off the field, who came together to make the day a success.”
