RECYCLERS can turn their tree into tea thanks to a local nursery.
Hare Hatch Sheeplands is offering a free cuppa to all its customers who use it to recycle their Christmas trees.
All they have to do is bring the trees to the car park of the London Road nursery.
The festive firs will then be shredded before being turned into mulch, which will be used within the centre to help the plants grow.
A spokesperson for the nursery said: “We want to encourage people to recycle their trees in a responsible way and we hope the offer of a complimentary cuppa will encourage a few more to do so. The offer is for real trees only, not artificial trees.”
Trees can be taken to Sheeplands throughout January.
