REDINGENSIANS sealed their third win on the spin, all on the road, with an entertaining 38-31 success at Barnstaple.
Rams made the trip on the back of victories at Broadstreet and Old Redcliffians and they sealed a bonus point in Devon thanks to six tries to comfortably retain fourth spot in the table.
“Barnstaple are a strong side with some really good backs that can hurt you from anywhere on the field,” said Rams head coach Seb Reynolds.
“When you come down here it is like playing against 16 men because their crowd get behind their boys, which makes a great atmosphere.

“I am very pleased with what we did and it’s a luxury to have a front row like ours which powers away all afternoon and you need that when the conditions are so wet and heavy, as they have been recently.”
Barnstaple took the lead on 12 minutes through a Gwyn Parks penalty and the full-back kicked over again to convert a Luke Berry try.
Rams opened their account with successive penalties to get back into the contest before Stevie Bryant crossed in the corner.
But the hosts moved seven points ahead again when scrum-half Jordan Petherbridge found a gap.
Redingensians then turned the screw, earning a penalty try after a scrum on the five-metre line to cut the deficit to 17-14 at the break.
With the wind at their backs, the visitors continued their comeback and got in front with unconverted tries from Connor Stapley and Jordan Souter.
Barnstaple would not go down without a fight as Will Topps scored under the posts.
The final 20 minutes were dominated by Rams with Tom Vooght’s powerful score followed by Olly Foxley dabbing down following an Adrian Jarvis grubber kick.
Leading 38-24, the game looked to be wrapped up, only for Barum to score again through Petherbridge to earn both a losing bonus point and a try bonus point in their 38-31 defeat.
Rams now have a weekend off before hosting struggling Wimbledon on March 3.
