A BARD-based performance is coming to a borough arts centre, bringing with it live music, songs and humour.
ShakeItUp Shakespeare theatre company will use the playwright’s language, audience suggestions, and their own imaginations, to create a new play on stage.
Its team of 14 actors improvises a unique Shakespeare play every night, weaving themes, characters and the bard’s language with additional material from the audience.
The London based group perform in the city, and to audiences across the country.
They work with the community, and a range of different organisations, to bring Shakespeare and the power of the theatre to groups with limited access to the arts.
For an ‘unforgettable evening that the Bard himself might have been proud to pen’, audiences should make their way to Norden Farm Arts Centre.
ShakeItUp Shakespeare can be seen in the Studio, on Thursday, November 30.
Doors open at 7.30pm, with tickets available for £16.
