More land in Wokingham is set to come under the hammer today (Thursday).
The latest lot is for a 2,458 sqm rectangular parcel of land off Mill Lane in Sindlesham.
Auction House London has guided the lot at £8,000 plus fees.
The land, close to Sindlesham Mill, is believed to have been previously purchased by a property developer with the intention of acquiring planning permission for up to 50 homes.
Documents that form part of the sale, and seen by Wokingham Today, indicated Blue Spruce Homes had developed plans for the site. No recent planning applications have been submitted for developments on the site.
The lot being offered for sale in the online auction is known as ‘plot 5’.
