As temperatures plummet and snow falls in other parts of the country, there is an expectation that some of the white stuff will fall on Wokingham.
Some people have forecast snow overnight from Thursday night to Friday morning – however the latest Met Office forecasts suggest that this is incredibly unlikely, except over higher ground.
But there is hope on the horizon for snow fans.
With temperatures forecast to remain cold over the coming days, it should come as little surprise that some snow will head our way.
The current Met Office forecast for Wokingham suggests that snow will fall on Monday, January 18 in the evening. The advance forecast is that it starts around 6pm and continues until midnight.
But … it’s currently a 50-50 chance and even if it does snow it looks likely to scattered showers. And with temperatures poised to be well above freezing on Tuesday, there is little hope of it sticking around.
