Wokingham & Emmbrook FC is seeking sponsors to continue its efforts in promoting the sport, and in providing opportunities for young people in the community.
The grassroots community football club, providing local football from under-6’s through to an over-50s walking football team. It currently has more than 800 members playing in more than 60 teams.
The men’s first team plays at Step 5 of the national football pyramid in the Combined Counties Football League at Emmbrook Sports & Social Club in Lowther Road. The newly reformed senior ladies team are members of the Thames Valley Counties Women’s Football League.
Steve Williams, chairman of the club, said: “At Wokingham & Emmbrook FC, we strongly believe in the power of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
“Our club is focused on nurturing talent, fostering a sense of camaraderie, and promoting an active and healthy lifestyle for our players.
