POLICE have closed three roads in Wokingham this evening after a suspected unexploded bomb has been found.
Tywford Road, Wiltshire Road and Matthewsgreen Road have been been shut to allow disposal teams to work safely.
Homes have also been evacuated.
It is thought that the suspected bomb was found close to the new Elridge Park development.
ERT 3 are currently dealing with an incident in Bell Foundary Lane Wokingham. Road closures in place on Twyford Rd, Wiltshire Rd and Matthews Green Road. Please plan your journey and take extra time. #ert3 #4121

It’s not the first time that a bomb has been found in the area.
A suspected bomb was found on Plough Lane in August 2015.
