Between May 10 and May 18, Archery GB is rolling out a programme of events across the country to allow people of all ages to try out our sport.
On Sunday, May 11, Crowthorne Archers will host a ‘Have-a-Go’ day at its site at St Sebastian’s playing field, off Nine Mile Ride.
Crowthorne Archers is an AGB affiliated club with AGB licensed coaches, all with enhanced DBS clearance, who will be hosting the one-hour sessions during the day, supported by club members.
A spokesperson for the club said: “Archery is fun for all ages so grandparents, parents and children can all turn up for a one hour, coached session, without obligation or cost.
Crowthorne Archers provides all equipment, a safe shooting range and public liability insurance via AGB.
It will be running five sessions across the day, A no cost booking can be made via www.crowthornearchers.org.uk.
