Division 2B
Hurst suffered their first league defeat of the season as their winning streak was ended by Fleet who defeated them by 63 runs.
Howard Bywaters hit an exceptional 108 not out for Fleet in the first innings which proved to be the difference between the two sides.
Despite a good knock from Hurst batsman Ruksham Sosa (72), they fell 63 runs short of the target. Despite the loss, Hurst remain in second position in the table.
Meanwhile, Finchampstead 2s suffered a heavy defeat against Henley 2s as a disappointing batting display saw them beaten by 188 runs.
Andy Lazenbury performed well with the ball for Finch but was unable to prevent a brilliant innings from Henley’s Harry Jordan who hit 96 runs as Henley recorded a strong innings total of 296 to catch.
Matthew Elridge top scored for Finch with 43 runs but they were unable to get anywhere near the target as Henley displayed fine form with the ball with Cameron Jacobsen took 4-10. The hosts sealed the victory after just 32.2 overs, bowling Finch all out for 108.
Division 3A
Binfield remain at the summit of the table as they won their fifth consecutive game with a six wicket triumph over Falkland 2s.
Falkland posted a first innings score of 184 which Binfield caught comfortably after 38.1 overs, losing just four wickets in the process as Shaun Miller top scored with 68 runs not out.
Finchampstead 3s earned their third win of the campaign as they beat Sulhamstead & Ufton by 35 runs.
Finch batted first and set a target of 226 for their opponents to chase as Sean Woodward scored highest with 61 runs.
Sam Taylor proved to be the difference between the sides with a stunning bowling performance as he ripped through the middle and tail end of the order to record figures of 6-41. Finch sealed the win as they bowled Sulhamstead all out for 191 after 40 overs.
Wokingham 2s stay close behind Binfield near the top of the table as they picked up a six wicket win against Slough 3s.
Slough batted first but were denied a big total by the fantastic bowling of Jarret Bobb (5-29).
Wokingham batted efficiently and caught the total after just 28.1 overs with six wickets to spare as Jack Fisher hit 57 runs not out to help the Oaks secure a convincing victory.
Division 4A
Wokingham 3s put in a stunning display to condemn Wargrave 2s to their first league defeat of the season.
Jake Turner knocked an exceptional 126 runs from 104 balls as he hit 14 boundaries. Iain Muirden further boosted Wokingham’s total with 79 as they posted a huge score of 295 from 45 overs.
Wargrave struggled to keep up the required run rate and only managed 175 from the allotted overs as Wokingham cruised to an easy victory.
Sonning maintained their strong form with a 29-run victory against Theale & Tilehurst which leaves them tied at the top of the table with White Waltham.
Sonning posted 182 runs before being bowled all out but they defended their total superbly as Ghulam Abbas bowled a match winning performance with 5-23 as Theale & Tilehurst were dismissed for 153 after 32.2 overs.
White Waltham thrashed Reading 2s by 111 runs to stay in first place.
Ben Scarborough knocked 82 runs not out to help his side post a strong total of 281 from 45 overs.
Luke Beard (4-37) and Max Ring (3-53) contributed greatly as Reading 2s were bowled all out for 170 as White Waltham recorded their fourth win in five games.
Division 5B
Eversley 2s extended their winning streak to five games as they defeated Boyne Hill 3s with a nine wicket victory
Eversley were clinical with the ball as they bowled their opponents out for just 95 runs and then stormed to a quick victory as they surpassed the total after 25 overs, losing just one wicket.
Binfield stayed hot on the heels of first place Eversley as they also recorded their fifth consecutive win as they thrashed Thatcham Town 2s by eight wickets.
Paul Morgan took 5-39 to keep Thatcham to a modest total and Olly Nicholson top scored with the bat for Binfield as they sealed victory after just 32.5 overs with eight wickets to spare.
Division 6A
White Waltham 2s remain at the top of the division despite suffering their first loss of the season.
Jordan Thomas (3-45) and Mike Salmon (3-34) bowled strongly for White Waltham but they were unable to catch the 196-run total set by High Wycombe 4s as they fell to defeat.
Division 6B
Finchampstead 4s earned their first win of the season as they beat Sonning 2s by three wickets.
Sultan Khokar took 4-23 to keep Sonning to a total of 162 which Finch caught after 41.3 overs with three wickets to spare.
But Hurst 2s were beaten by Bradfield as they fell 82 runs short of reaching the 211 target set by their opponents in the first innings.
Division 7A
Wargrave 3s remain in second position in the division after they beat Kidmore End 2s comfortably with a five wicket victory.
Wokingham 4s claimed their first triumph of the season to climb out of the relegation zone with a two wicket victory against Aldershot 3s. Charlie O’Brien performed superbly with the ball as he took 5-28 before Richard Runham hit 63 not out to help them to their first victory.
Binfield 3s moved up to third place after Harry Jones (4-44) helped them to a six wicket victory against Royal Ascot 3s.
Division 8A
Eversley 3s maintained their winning start to the season as they beat Theale & Tilehurst by six wickets to stay top of the table.
Meanwhile, Wokingham 5s were narrowly beaten by 17 runs against Bracknell 2s and Finchampstead 5s were also defeated as Royal Ascot 4s won by six wickets.
Division 9A
Sonning 3s earned their second win of the season with a five wicket win against Maidenhead & Bray but Eversley 4s were beaten by 39 runs against Slough 6s.
