Travellers who set up camp in Shinfield have been asked to move on.
A group of caravans were reported to have arrived on Friday, February 26, setting up on land by the Black Boy roundabout.
The encampment is visible from Shinfield Road and it is understood that the travellers accessed the land via Greenwich Road.
A team from Wokingham Borough Council has been to visit the encampment and asked the travellers to leave.
A council spokesperson said: “We visited the unauthorised encampment at Greenwich Road, in Shinfield. We found no welfare issues so a notice to leave was served on the group.”
