Twyford residents watched the moving sight of 100 scouts, cubs, beavers, brownies and guides parading to the village’s Remembrance service.
The young people with their 40 leaders may have been part of a record making event.
Group Scout Leader Tom Toy, who is retiring from the post after many years, said: “We had a very good turnout, I think the biggest we have ever had for Remembrance.”
Families of the young people walked along the pavements accompanying the parade.

Also parading from Loddon Hall Road along London Road to St Marys Church were parish council members and Twyford borough councillor and Wokingham Borough Council leader Stephen Conway.
The Remembrance service started in St Marys churchyard at the war memorial where wreaths were laid. The service continued inside the church where the roll of honour of those who died in the two world wars was read. TheLast Post was played and two minutes silence was held.
Taking part in the service were Twyford and Ruscombe’s new vicar the Rev Mark Gould, their associate priest Helen Charlton, the United Reformed Church minister Gordon Connell and Deacon Michael Jackson from St Thomas More Roman Catholic Church.
An act of remembrance including wreath laying was held earlier that morning at St James Church, Ruscombe.
