A HOUSEBUILDER is inviting potential buyers to the official opening of the next phase of its west Wokingham development on July 15 and 16.
Crest Nicholson is launching the newest instalment of the Arborfield Green at Waterman’s Gate which comprises of 58 new homes.
Prospective residents will have the opportunity to explore the build and view the Marlborough show home, as well as speak to experts about the homebuying process and available schemes.

The Arborfield Green build is located beside Waterman’s Lake and Hazebrouck Meadow, providing a homely balance between town and countryside settings.
Nearby schools include the Bohunt School, Farley Hill Primary School and Barkham Pre School.
