The local elections take place in Wokingham on Thursday, May 3.
Four parties are contesting the elections (in alphabetical order): Conservatives, Greens, Labour and Liberal Democrats. Three independents are also standing in different wards.

On Thursday, April 19, he will present a round-up of the independent candidates’ manifestos.
We will be presenting webpages for each ward being contested, showing previous results and looking at the candidates standing. These will start to go online in the coming days.
And, of course, The Wokingham Paper will present the most comprehensive results round-up on May 3 itself, working through the night to ensure you get the figures as soon as we do.
