A GROUP meets weekly to walk for health and enjoyment.
Wellbeing Walk for Mental Wellbeing describes itself as a fun, relaxed walking group for people experiencing mental health problems.
The walks last up to one hour depending on the group, and are led by group organiser, Sree.
People are asked to bring a bottle of water and a raincoat, and walkers receive a free hot drink at the end of the excursion.
Sponsored by Wates Residential, the sessions are provided free by Sport In Mind.
Walks begin outside Finchampstead Baptist Church every Tuesday, at 2pm.
