A wellbeing festival is set to take place in the heart of Wokingham on September 16.
Mindset Unlimited has been designed to be a fully immersive experience, spanning a full day.
The festival will feature six different stages, filled with back-to-back classes, talks, and workshops covering a wide range of practices such as yoga, sound baths, therapy, meditation, mindfulness, pilates, and lots more for all age groups.
In addition to the engaging sessions, attendees can explore stalls that will offer well-being services, foods, drinks, and crafts, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
The Town Mayor of Wokingham will open the Unfiltered stage, and X-Factor star Danyl Johnson will be on stage talking about men’s mental health and opening up about his journey;
The fully inclusive Mindset Unlimited Festival aims to inspire, educate and uplift participants, equipping them with valuable tools and knowledge to enhance their well-being.
