WHAT’S BREWING IN FINCHAMPSTEAD?: Book now for our Project Barista day

Siren Craft Show

It’s party time in Finchampstead as we gear up for our first Brewery Open Day of the year – the launch of Project Barista 2019 on Saturday, May 18.

Project Barista combines two of our great loves, coffee and beer. Each year, we brew a series of coffee inspired brews, breaking the boundaries of what’s expected from beer featuring coffee.

We work with some of the best independent roasters in the country to brew up something magic and utilise coffee in experimental ways.

You might have tried beers in the past like Turkish (Imperial Stout inspired by Turkish coffee with Figs, Cacao Nibs and Spices), Affogato (Coffee & Vanilla Ice Cream Ale) or capHeine (a sour beer with hibiscus and fruity coffee). They’re all great examples of what this project is about.

Along with the four new Project Barista brews, we’ll have a host of other Siren favourites and new specials, as well as cold brew coffee, collaborating roasters on hand to take your questions and street food a-plenty. Maybe even a few guest beers and some special talks and tastings.

It’s a ticket-only event. For £13 you will receive a souvenir glass for the day and drinks tokens to the value of £10. Transport will be provided to and from Wokingham Train Station.

Tickets are available online at www.sirencraftbrew.com or from the Tap Yard.

Please be quick, as our brewery parties have strict capacity and sell out ahead of time.

PS. Starting this week, we’re now open Wednesday through Sunday! So there’s more time than ever to come along and grab your Project Barista ticket.
