Wokingham Festival real ale bar

IT WILL be music to the ears of beer lovers to know those good people from the Twyford Beer Festival are once again in charge of the Wokingham Festival Bar.

It was only in June that thousands of people sampled the many delights at the 10th Twyford Beer Festival at the Stanlake Meadow Recreation Ground.

Now, that expertise will see many a glass raised at the music event which draws crowds from all over Berkshire.

They will be able to sample a wide range of specialist craft beers from local and national breweries along with ciders and perries.

These include Seaspray from the Hammerpot brewery. The lovely ruby colour and 3.7 proof Seaspray is a light, refreshing session IPA combining simple sweet malt flavours with crisp citrus and airy floral notes.

Loddon’s Reading Best at 5.5 proof is a deep golden best Bitter with an interesting fruity aroma and a smooth but nutty body.
