A team from a Winnersh-based office company lent a hand to a Hampshire-based charity during a Christmas-themed volunteering day.Enham Trust, which has supported independent living for people with disabilities for over 100 years, hosts an annual Winter Wonderland featuring a Christmas tree field with over 20,000 Nordmann Firs, all set up by volunteers.Arena Offices, with 12 centres across Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, and Dorset, brought a team to Enham Trust and supported its seasonal preparations.
Arena team members Katie Spencer, Ellie Turl, Jenny Brown, and Fran Williamson worked alongside their client, The Niche Partnership, taking part in everything from driving tractors to shovelling bark.
Volunteers helped maintain the Christmas tree field, prepare Santa’s grotto, decorate the maze, plant trees, and mulch pathways to ensure safe walkways for visitors.
Fran Williamson, HR and training tanager, said, “It was fantastic to spend the day giving back while soaking up some Christmas magic, and I have to admit, driving the tractor was great fun!
“It was really nice to join our client, The Niche Partnership, and get hands-on together for a great cause.
“Seeing the field come to life and volunteering alongside the team was so rewarding. It’s such a fun way to spread festive cheer while supporting the charity.”
