Thousands of people flocked to Elms Field in Wokingham for the fourth annual Mindset Unlimited festival.
What began as a small idea in a Wokingham living room has now grown into a full-scale, community-rooted wellbeing event, attracting visitors from across the region for a day of healing, movement, growth and connection.
With more than 50 wellbeing stalls, seven interactive stages and a line-up of inspiring talks, workshops and performances, this year’s festival brought together everything from ice baths, aerial yoga and meditation to family theatre, art sessions and live music.
The main Unfiltered Stage welcomed powerful speakers including BBC’s The Traitors finalist Andrew Jenkins, ITV’s Kimberley Gallagher, award-winning comedian Rosie Wilby, and powerhouse singer from ‘The Voice’, Beth Morris, who closed the festival with an unforgettable live set.
The festival was opened by Wokingham town mayor, Cllr Lou Timlin, who shared a heartfelt speech, and was proudly supported by headline sponsor énergie Fitness Wokingham, whose buzzing Unleashed Tent hosted spin sessions, strength workouts and a vibrant atmosphere throughout the day.
Local businesses were at the heart of the event, with more than 90% of stallholders and speakers based in Wokingham and surrounding areas — from therapists and coaches to artists, yoga teachers and community organisations.
Festival co-founder Alexandra Legouix told Wokingham Today: “We’re so proud of how this event has grown — not just in size, but in heart.
“The support from our local community is what makes it truly special. This is more than a festival — it’s a movement, and Wokingham is right at the centre of it.”
Plans for Mindset Unlimited 2026 are already underway, alongside a series of new retreats, sound baths and pop-up events being rolled out later this year.
