MUSIC is said to be the food of love and next Wednesday you can find out how true that is.
Wokingham Rock Choir is the special guest performers at St Eligius Church’s regular lunchtime concert.
This will be the third time that the group has performed at the Arborfield church’s lunchtime concert, but the first they have sung on Valentine’s Day.
Directed by Glen Harvey, the singers’ programme will include a selection of songs, including Hallelujah, Don’t Stop Believing, With or Without You, A Little Respect and California Dreaming.
The music starts at the Tope Road church from 12.30pm on Wednesday, February 14. Entry is free, and a retiring collection will be taken.
Afterwards, there is a buffet lunch, for which places should be reserved.
