A FUNDRAISING event is planned for later this month, helping raise funds to ensure next year’s Woodley Carnival can go ahead.
The Christmas Quiz Night on Friday, November 25 will include a fish and chip supper, with drinks available for purchase.
Organisers promise a fun evening with opportunities to test general knowledge with friends, all while wearing Christmas jumpers.
It will be held at Coronation Hall on Friday, November 25, with doors opening at 6.45pm. Tickets cost £5, or £12.50 with food. Drinks cannot be brought in, and teams can be up to eight people.
The carnival will be held on Saturday, June 8.
