Woodley FC host small side tournament

MORE than 130 teams from Berkshire, Buckingham, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Hampshire took part in Woodley United FC’s annual small a side tournament over the weekend of 1st and 2nd June.

Junior and youth teams competed across the age groups from u7 – u15 inclusive together with a Women’s competition being contested at the tournament which was staged at The Bulmershe School, Woodley taking place across a sun filled weekend.

Proceeds of the event are dedicated to developing the club, helping to improve coaching standards and qualifications and increased participation and provision of local football from mini kickers right through to adults.
