BUDDING film producers will have the chance to explore their cinematic curiosities thanks to a new free programme organised by Bracknell and Wokingham College.
The Film and Screen Saturday Club will feature masterclasses delivered by industry professionals in the college’s studios, and is targeted at those aged 13-16 from low-income families.
Running from October 7 to May 18, sessions will take place from 10am-1pm every Saturday during termtime.
Previous experience in production is not required, with classes designed to help youngsters develop their creative and technical skills, including production, sound and lighting, visual effects, animation and much more.
There are 25 places on offer which will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Travel expenses will be covered by the club, which is run in partnership with Activate Learning, the British Film Institute, Resource Productions and National Saturday Club, and is supported by the Department for Education.
