After working his way up through the company over 12 years, Jason Farrimond has been appointed director, land & new Homes, at Leader Romans Group’s (LRG) headquarters in Wokingham.
LRG’s New Homes team offers specialist advice on various routes to sale, including government schemes, shared ownership, open market sale and managed part exchange.
As a director within the New Homes & Development Consultancy division, Jason will work closely with developers, and advise on optimum housing mix, marketing strategies, internal layouts and specifications as well as providing development appraisals and market insights.
For the last four years, Jason was an associate director within the Land & New Homes team,
He gained both his degree in Real Estate Management and his MRICS qualification while working at LRG, having started with Romans estate agency as a sales negotiator in 2012.
