A GROUP that offers art classes and holiday sessions for children around the country, is opening a new studio in Lower Earley.
New to the community, Art-K says their space will welcome people of all ages to explore their creative talents.
They are holding an official opening event with an art exhibition displaying the works of budding students, and showcasing pieces created by different generations within the community.
There will also be live art demonstrations, where visitors can participate in, or watch, a project exploring simple materials and colour.
During the afternoon activities, people will be able to connect with other art enthusiasts and community members with a passion for nurturing creativity.
Art-K’s official opening will be marked with a ribbon-cutting event, conducted by Wokingham Town Mayor, councillor Sally Gurney.
The event takes place at Art-K, Maiden Lane Centre, on Friday, October 27 at 4pm.
