What is described as Berkshire’s best wellbeing festival returns to Wokingham on Saturday.
The Mindset Unlimited festival is designed to be a fully immersive experience for the whole family.
It features five different stages filled with back-to-back classes, talks, and workshops, covering a wide range of practices such as yoga, sound baths, therapy, meditation, mindfulness, TRE (trauma releasing), Qi Gong and more.
It ends with a live music performance by Beth Morris, described by Will.i.am as one of the fiercest performers he’s ever seen.
The line up of speakers and teachers includes ITV’s This Morning feng shui expert Kimberley Gallagher, award-winning comedian, Rosie Wilby, and BBC’s The Traitors‘ Andrew Jenkins.
New for this year is the Unwrapped stage, featuring workshops and talks from The Psychic Psychologist, BodhiFit and Wokingham’s own mental performance coach Chris Hunt from Therapycise.
There’s also a free kids stage with performances by The Little Wild Theatre, who support children’s wellbeing through theatrical experiences of the natural world.
The fully inclusive festival aims to inspire, educate, and uplift participants, equipping them with valuable tools and knowledge to enhance their well-being.
The event at Elms Field in Wokingham runs from 9.30am until 9pm. To book tickets and for more information, visit www.mindsetunlimited.co.uk.
