A GROUP of railway devotees will be hearing from visiting speaker Keith Smith about the West Somerset Railway.
Keith will take Wokingham Railway and Transport Club members on a spoken journey along the coast to Minehead, and one of the longest standard gauge heritage railways, the West Somerset Railway.
He hopes to bring with him some new material, fresh from the Spring Steam Gala, held in early May.
The group meets monthly for illustrated talks about heritage and steam railways, with the opportunity for refreshments and chat.
The event takes place at Wokingham Methodist Church, Bradbury Centre, on Tuesday, May 21, at 7.30pm.
Entry costs £5, including refreshments.
